The Camillus-Solvay-Geddes Rotary Club recognized the importance of building strong skills in the next generation of leaders.

• Rotary Youth Leadership Awards recognize and enhance leadership skills among selected teens who have just completed their junior year in high school. The three-day seminar, held every July at Cazenovia College, refines participants’ skills and knowledge in the fields of leadership, decision-making, time management, ethics, goal-setting, responsibility, self-assurance, communication skills, service, and teamwork.
• Rotary Youth Exchange provides broadening, enlightening and worthwhile experiences for high school students and an opportunity for them to spend a year abroad, living in another culture as part of a “family” and in everyday situations. Our Rotary District’s program has been honored around the globe for its integrity, safety and opportunity.
• College Scholarships are awarded each year to outstanding high seniors at all four high schools within the Camillus-Solvay-Geddes area.
